How To Purchase
For your convenience you can buy the items of your choice by ordering online, via e-mail or by telephone - call 01279 301 623.
Online
- Find an item you’d like to buy from our catalogue pages.
- Click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (check the ‘local pickup’ button if you are collecting the item, rather than having it delivered).
- Click on ‘Continue Shopping’ to purchase other items if you wish.
- When you have completed your order, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
Our ordering system uses PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to order by this method and you can pay securely by credit card by this method - just follow the online instructions at the Checkout.
When you order online, we aim to notify you within one working day that your order has been received.
Via E-mail
- Browse our catalogue pages or download our leaflet.
- Identify the items you are interested in as clearly as possible in your e-mail. Each has a reference number and description.
- Don't forget the quantity of each and whether you would like it delivered or will collect.
- Send your e-mail to sales@britnz.com
- We will send you an invoice, with the option to pay by PayPal, by cheque, or cash on collection.
By Telephone
If you call us on 01279 301 623 we can answer any questions you may have and discuss all purchases with you.
Delivery
If you have requested delivery, we will confirm the shipment date on receipt of your order.
As many of our larger items are heavy, collection in person is preferable. We are based on the Herts/Essex border, not far from the M11 motorway.
If collecting, you may pay cash on collection if you prefer. Just call us or send an e-mail to indicate which item/s you are interested in. We can then confirm availability and arrange a time for you to visit. Detailed directions to our premises will be given.
